In the matter of the application of Oarlo Cappelletti, for apportionment of. the water tax assessed upon lands in the Thirty-First Ward, borough °of Brooklyn, city of New York.

No opinion. Order reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, on the ground the court had no power to cancel the lien of the tax for water charges in arrears on a summary application by motion, and motion denied, with . costs.
