Action by William B. Kirk against Anna S. Crampton and others.

Judgment modified, so as to provide that the plaintiff also, and his heirs and assigns forever, have an easement and a full and free right of way over the one-half of the premises held to belong to the defendant Nearing, and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party.
