KONIG, Respondent, v. HECLA IRON WORKS, Appellant.
(Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department.
October 16, 1908.)

Headnote

Action by Pauline Konig, as administratrix, etc., of George Konig, deceased, against the Hecla Iron Works.

No opinion. Judgment and order reversed, and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the delirium tremens of which the plaintiff’s intestate died was caused by an excessive use of alcoholic liquor, and not by the injury which he received.
