Action by Blanche Sherman against the New York Central & Hudson River Railroad Company.

Judgment reversed, and new trial ordered, with costs to appellant to abide event. Held, that the evidence as to defendant's negligence and plaintiff's freedom from contributory negligence presented questions of fact for the jury.
