Action by William Czibilisky against the Solvay Process Company.

Judgment and order reversed, and new trial ordered, with costs to appellant to abide event, on the ground ,that the finding of the jury that the defendánt was guilty of negligence which caused the accident was contrary to and against the weight of the evidence.

concurs in result, on the ground that as matter of law the defendant was not shown guilty of any negligence.
