Action by Fred Demas, an infant, etc., against the Oswego Falls Pulp & Paper Company.

Motion for leave to appeal to Court of Appeals granted. Motion for re-argument denied. Leave to appeal is granted in this case for the reason that it may be that the question of whether Caladine was exercising an act of superintendence .in moving the lever which started the machinery was for the jury to pass upon.
