No opinion. Judgment modified, so that the sum found due for principal and interest on the 24th day of June, 1910, shall be $10,112, and as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, without costs. See, also, 134 App. Div. 982 , 119 N. Y. Supp. 1147 .
