Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed, and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, unless within 10 days from the filing of the decision herein plaintiff stipulate to reduce.the recovery to $20.86, with interest from June 1, 1910, in which event the judgment as so modified, is affirmed, without costs.
