Order of the Surrogate’s Court of the county of Queens modified, by inserting a provision requiring the filing of a bond, conditioned and approved as required by section 2723 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and, as modified, affirmed, without costs. Proceedings remitted to said court for disposition accordingly.
