Action by Antonina Hankowska against the Buffalo Savings Bank.

Judgment of Special Term and of City Court reversed, and new trial granted, with costs in all courts to appellant to abide event. Held, that receiving in evidence the marks made by the plaintiff in open court was prejudicial error. New trial to be had on February 12, 1912, at 10 a. m.
