Action by Minnie Adlin, as administratrix, etc., of Elimelech Adlin, deceased, against the Excelsior Brick Company of Haverstraw, impleaded with others.

No opinion. Judgment reversed, and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the question whether the decedent had voluntarily exposed himself to a known danger was for the jury.
