, Action by John B. Smith, assignee, against William F. Lennon and another, to foreclose a mortgage. There was a judgment for the plaintiff, and the defendants appeal.

The decision in the case of Smith v. Lennon, ante, 259, (action No. 1,) disposes of this case,, and upon the opinion therein rendered this judgment should be affirmed, with costs. All concúr.
