Action by Anna Popielasz, by Michael Popielasz, her guardian ad litem, against the Chelsea Fibre Mills.

Judgment and order reversed, and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, unless within 20 days plaintiff stipulate to reduce said judgment to the sum of $7,500, exclusive of the taxed costs and disbursements, in which case the judgment, as so modified, and the order, are unanimously affirmed, without costs of this appeal.
