Proceedings by the People of the State of New York against David Warblinsky.

No opinion. Judgment of conviction of the County Court of Kings County reversed, and a new trial ordered, upon the ground that the affidavits used in the Magistrate’s Court, and a copy of the testimony of Levine, were not received in evidence for any competent purpose.
