Action by Mary Eddery, as administratrix, etc., of Andrew Eddery, deceased, against the Interborough Rapid Transit Company.

Judgment and order reversed, and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence. See same case, 150 App. Div. 761 , 135 N. Y. Supp. 170 .
