Appeal from Trial Term, New York County. Action by Paul Dahlman against the Globe Storage & Carpet Company. From judgment for plaintiff, and from an order denying new trial, defendant appeals. Reversed, and complaint dismissed.

We think there is no evidence to justify a finding that the defendant was negligent, or that the plaintiff was free from contributory negligence. The judgment and order appealed from are therefore reversed, with costs, and the complaint dismissed.
