Action by Augusta M. Warren against William C. Albro and another, as administrators, etc.

Order modified, by requiring as a condition of the amendment that plaintiff pay to the defendants all the costs and disbursements of the action to .the date of the order, and, as so modified, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to the appellants.
