Motion to dismiss appeal denied. Order modified, by striking out that part adjudging Hugh J. O’Brien, attorney, guilty- of contempt, and all provisions thereof for enforcing such order against him, and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party ; the respondent having consented to such modification upon the argument of the appeal.
