General Term.

Headnote

In the matter of Irving L. Bussell, a judgment debtor.
Scott & Upson, for appellant.
Franklin Bien, for respondent.

Appeal from an order denying a motion to punish for contempt. An examination of the record satisfies us that the court had jurisdiction of both the subject-matter and of the person of the judgment debtor. The order appealed from must be reversed, with costs.
