Application by the people of the state of New York, on the relation of the Crocker Chair Company, against James A. Roberts, as comptroller of the state of New York.

Ño opinion. Decision of the comptroller modified, so as to provide that the amount of capital stock of relator employed in this state for the year ending November 1, 1895, was $24,233, instead of $50,000, and, as modified, confirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements to the relator.
