Headnote

In the matter of the application of Volney T. Hoggatt for admission to practice as an attorney and counselor at law in all the courts of record in the state of New York.

Matter referred to the committee on character to examine and take proof as to the character of the applicant, and also as to his conduct since his residence in this state; time and place of hearing to be fixed by tlie committee, and notice of the same to be given to the applicant.
