No opinion. Judgment reversed, on the authority o‘f Town of Wirt v. Board of Sup’rs of Allegany County, 90 Hun, 210 , 35 N. Y. Supp. 887 , and a new trial ordered, with costs to appellant to abide the event. Order for extra allowance reversed. See 47 N. Y. Supp. 124 .
