No opinion. Judgment modified so as to provide that the relief awarded to the plaintiff therein shall be granted, upon condition that she pay to the defendant Charles H. Brees $500, the sum expended for repairs on the premises described -in the complaint, without interest, and, as modified, affirmed, without costs on this appeal to either party.
