Proceedings by the people, on the relation of George T. Jones, against Conrad Diehl and others, constituting the board of police of the city of Buffalo, N. Y.

Order reversed, with §10 costs and disbursements, and motion denied. Held, there is no statutory provision requiring an official or board of officers to verify a return to a certiorari. Presumptively their return is an official act, and therefore the certificate is sufficient.
