Sheehan & Collins, for respondent.Under the recent decision of the appellate division of the First department, reversing Phillip Semmer Glass Co. v. Nassau Show-Case Co., 28 Misc. Rep. 577 , 59 N. Y. Supp. 530 , the judgment herein must be reversed. Judgment reversed, and new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event.
