Motion to amend order, dated July 7, 1903, allowing an appeal from the judgment and order of this court to the Court of Appeals, granted, and said order is amended by adding thereto: “And this court hereby certifies that in its opinion a question of law is involved in this case which ought to be reviewed by the Court of Appeals.”
