For the reasons stated in the opinion in United Press et al. v. A. S. Abell Co. (herewith handed down) 84 N. Y. Supp. 425 , the order appealed from should be reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and the motion to vacate the attachment denied, with $10 costs.
