SUPREME COURT —GENERAL TERM —FIRST DEPARTMENT.
Filed May 18, 1888.
GEO F VIETOR et al., Resp’ts, v. WILLIAM KAYTON et al., App’lts.

Headnote

Evidence—Fraudulent conveyance—Intent—Presumption.
Appeal from order denying motion to vacate attachment.
Alfied Jaretzke, for app’lts, A. Blumenstiel, for resp’ts.

This case is not distinguishable in principle from Grosvenor v. Sickle (decided at the January [1888] term of this court; 13 N.Y. State Rep., 566). In that case the order denying the motion to vacate the attachment was reversed, and the motion was granted, with costs. The same result must follow here. Ordered accordingly.
