John Baker, App’lt, v. The New York Central & Hudson River Railroad Co., Resp’t.

Headnote

Appeal from judgment dismissing complaint.
Action for damages for the loss of a finger while coupling cars.
Parker & Mero {J. Newton Fiero, of counsel), for app’lt, 3a/rris <& Budd {Hamilton Harrris, of counsel), for resp’t.

I cannot see any material difference between this case and that of Arnold v. D. & H. C. Co., 125 N. Y., 15 ; 34 St. Rep., 372 , and I think the judgment should be affirmed. Neither do I see any reason for writing an opinion.
