Appeal from an order directing the receiver to pay to thy petitioner a certain sum.

In accordance with the views expressed in the case of People v. St. Nicholas Bank (In re Lathrop), 58 St. Rep. 712 , the order appealed from, in so far as it directed the receiver to pay over moneys, should he reversed, and m other respects affirmed, with costs.
