The First National Bank of Sing Sing, Respondent, v. Thos. H. Chalmers and Another, Appellants.

The testimony sustains the findings that defendants, for a good consideration, agreed with plaintiffs and with Spruce and Leary to pay the debt owing to the bank. That is the only issue in the case, and the judgment must be affirmed, with costs. Judgment affirmed, with costs-
