Charles Smith and Patrick Hickey, Respondents, v. Hamilton A. Roblee, Samuel A. Sague and Stephen H. Richards, Appellants; William J. Hammond and Charles W. Mosher and Others, Respondents.

Judgment affirmed, with costs. This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs establishing a mechanic’s lien for $100, and also a like lien in favor of certain defendants for sixty-seven dollars and forty-one cents.—

On a careful examination of the facts and questions of law raised by the appellants in this case, I think that the judgment should bo affirmed, and that a written opinion is not required.

Putnam and Herrick, JJ., concurred.
