Headnote

Action to recover $493.25, the value of certain plate glass, the property of plaintiffs, which defendants converted to their own use.
Answer denied plaintiff’s title and the conversion. The jury found for the plaintiffs in the sum of $250.00, and defendants appealed from the judgment.
