Bank Commissioners v. City Bank of Buffalo

Order authorizing receiver to pay, out of the moneys in his hands, such claims against the bank as are undisputed; and directing a reference to a master to settle and adjust all disputed claims *against the corporation, which have been presented within the time heretofore limited for that purpose.
