    A bank is not required to include in the statement the information required under subparagraphs (1)(a)(i), (iii) and (iv) with respect to a prescribed affiliate if a company referred to in subsection 489.1(1) of the Insurance Companies Act or subsection 444.2(1) of the Trust and Loan Companies Act has already published that information in its statement published under those subsections.
