    The Minister may, by order, discontinue the application of subsections 113(2.1) and 155.7(1) in respect of the carriage of any traffic — indefinitely or until a time specified in the order — or, by order, reimpose the application of those subsections in respect of the carriage of that traffic if it has been discontinued indefinitely.
