    The contravention of any provision of a regulation made under section 47.1 or subsection 50(1.001) or of any provision of an order made under subsection 51.5(1) or the contravention of any of subsections 51(1), (3) and (4) and 51.11(1) and (2) may be proceeded with as a violation in accordance with sections 179 and 180. The maximum amount payable for each violation is $100,000.
