    At the conclusion of a review, the Agency shall without delay inform the person who is alleged to have contravened the provision and the enforcement officer of its determination. If the Agency determines that the person has not contravened the provision, no further proceedings under this Part shall be taken against the person in respect of the alleged contravention.
