    The Commissioner of Competition shall, within 120 days after the day on which he or she receives a copy of the notice under subsection 53.71(1) with the information referred to in subsection 53.71(2), report to the Minister and the parties on any concerns regarding potential prevention or lessening of competition that may occur as a result of the proposed arrangement.
