    If a person has made a complaint under any provision of this Part, the Agency, or a person authorized to act on the Agency’s behalf, shall review and may attempt to resolve the complaint and may, if appropriate, mediate or arrange for mediation of the complaint.

    The Minister shall designate a temporary member to act as the Air Travel Complaints Commissioner for the purposes of this section.
