    If an injunction issued under this section as the result of an application made by the Commissioner under subsection (1) is in effect, the Commissioner shallmust proceed as expeditiously as possible to complete any inquiry under section 10 arising out of the conduct in respect of which the injunction was issued.

    If an injunction issued under this section as the result of an application made by the Commissioner under subsection (1) is in effect, the Commissioner must proceed as expeditiously as possible to complete any inquiry under section 10 arising out of the conduct in respect of which the injunction was issued.
