    ThisIn is,the therefore,case of a warrant issued by telephone or other means of telecommunication, the statements referred to commandin you,subsection 487.1(9) of the Criminal Code shall be specified in Her Majesty’s name, forthwith to arrest the said accused and to bring him before (state court, judge or justice), to be dealt with according to law.report.

    In the case of a warrant issued by telephone or other means of telecommunication, the statements referred to in subsection 487.1(9) of the Criminal Code shall be specified in the report.
