    For the purposes of paragraph 1(c),(1)(c), bets made, in accordance with the regulations, in a betting theatre referred to in paragraph (8)(e), or by telephoneany callsmeans of telecommunication to the race-course of an association or to such a betting theatre, are deemed to be made on the race-course of the association.

    For the purposes of paragraph (1)(c), bets made, in accordance with the regulations, in a betting theatre referred to in paragraph (8)(e), or by any means of telecommunication to the race-course of an association or to such a betting theatre, are deemed to be made on the race-course of the association.
