Versions of s. 726.21

If a court determines that an offender is guilty of an offence in the commission of which violence is used, threatened or attempted against the offender’s intimate partner, the court shall endorse that fact on the information or indictment and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, the endorsement is proof of that fact.
