The Minister or any officer designated by the ~~Minister~~President for the purposes of this section may, by notice served personally or by registered or certified mail, require any person to account, within such reasonable time as may be stipulated in the notice, in the manner described in paragraph 32(1)(a), for any goods as may be designated in the notice.
