    Despite section 295, the Minister may make available to the public, in any manner that the Minister considers appropriate, the names of persons registered under this Subdivision (including any trade name or other name used by those persons), the registration numbers assigned to those persons under this section, the effective date of the registration and, if a person ceases to be registered under this Subdivision, the date on which the person ceases to be registered.
