    The leadership contestant’s financial agent shall also provide the Chief Electoral Officer with such a return for the period beginning on the first day after the end of the period referred to in subsection (1) and ending on the day that is one week before the end of the leadership contest. The financial agent shall provide the return no later than two days before the end of the leadership contest.
