    Each parent Crown corporation shall take such steps in relation to the articles, by-laws and management of each wholly-owned subsidiary of the corporation, if any, as are necessary to ensure that the businesses, activities and other affairs of the subsidiary are carried on in accordance with this Part and the regulations.
