    for the purpose of computing the excess, if any, referred to in subsection 13(1) at the end of the taxation year of a trust that included a day on which the trust is deemed by this subsection to have disposed of a depreciable property of a prescribed class, any amount that, on that day, was included in the trust’s income for the year under subsection 13(1) as it reads because of paragraph 104(5)(b), shall be deemed to be an amount included under section 13 in the trust’s income for a preceding taxation year.
