    The Minister may accept the late filing by a qualifying taxpayer of the prescribed form containing prescribed information referred to in subsection (2) until the later of December 31, 20252026 and one year after the filing-due date referred to in subsection (2), but no payment by the taxpayer is deemed to arise under that subsection until the prescribed form containing prescribed information has been filed with the Minister.
